The equipment uses blades with tooth-like contours on their roots (2), which are anchored in corresponding axial grooves (3) in the rotor. A securing element (6) is arranged in an axial gap (S) between the end of the blade root and the base (G) of the axial groove. Each securing element has ends (E1,E2), which project out of gap between the blade and the disc, and which wedge it in the gap. It spans a recess (7), which is designed to accept a weight for balancing the rotor.
