Transferring arrangement for cold between cold cabinet and cold store reserve

The arrangement uses a cold cabinet for food which is maintained at the correct temperature by a cold channel (16) and pivoting exchange plate (13) which link it to a cold reserve supplied by a coil and pump. When cooling is required in the cold cabinet the exchange plate (13) pivots downward. A finger (15) is attached to the exchange plate (13) and enclosed in bellows ((19) which allow it to move downwards to contact the top of the cold channel (16) which is contained in a reservoir (17) containing a fluid which assists cold transfer and the finger to cold channel contact (15,16).
