Device permeable to the base of hydrogel containing living cells, and its applications

The invention concerns a permeable device, comprising live cells surrounded by a wall separating them from the external environment. This wall is made of a hydrogel obtained from an acrylonitrile polymer and an olefin unsaturate co-monomer carrying anionic groups. This device can be implanted in a living organism and used for administering molecules of interest expressed by the cells it contains.
