A cleaning device has a flow guide device (2) arranged in one position in which water arriving through the channel (10) of the main body(1) and flowing through the L-shaped groove (21) can emerge from the straight outlet (12) onto the object being cleaned. The guide device can be turned by hand into a second position where the water can emerge instead from the spray outlet (13) onto the cleaning block (5) beneath. This is arranged in the lid (4) so that the cleaning can be performed with a brush (52), a sponge (51) or with water. The contact end section of the main body has an outer thread (16) at the front which mates with the inner thread (60) of the fastening ring(6).
