Trans-pharyngeal tube, esp. for intubation narcosis

The tube has a shaft (13,31) which has an S-shaped longitudinal profile. A side-cuff surrounds the tip (11) of the tube shaft which in the guided condition of the tube, ends in the entry area of the esophagus (12). The tube tip has a contact surface which fits the contour of esophagus in the entry area. There is hollow space in the area of the tube tip, for receiving a part of the inflatable side-cuff.
