摘要

New Ni/Ti alloy (I) fixation or bone-grafting pin (II), where (I) has an austenite end-point temperature (Afo) in the absence of mechanical constraint of about 40-45 deg C. Also claimed is a method (III) of preparing (II), comprising preparing a bar of (I) comprising 55.3!0.3 wt.% Ni and carrying out an educational reheating at 650-700 deg C. Also claimed are (II). (I) comprises 55.3!0.3 wt.% Ni. (I) comprises 55.6!0.4 wt.% Ni and undergoes heat treatment at 350-500 deg C for 30-240 minutes. The end of heat treatment is determined by the form of (II).
