The system incorporates a pair of telescopic bars which can be adapted to multiple configurations of orthodontic apparatus, each bar being formed by a tube (1) and a sliding inner rod (2). The tube ends in a welded loop (3) set in a transverse plane so it can be attached to an extra-oral force tube (5) by a key (4) and hook, the key being attached by a ligature (6) to the hook for easy removal. In addition, the rod (2) is equipped with 2 mm sections of sliding tube (16) to reactivate mandibular propulsion.
