Porous rock thermohydromechanical properties measuring device

The device includes a brass body (2) with two slots and a sliding piston (2) made of stainless steel. Leather straps (3) are fixed in the body slots to vary the section through which air can circulate. A porous disc (4) with a teflon ring is placed on the top of the piston. The piston opposite extremity presents a blade which enables measuring of piston displacement. The material to be tested is placed inside a cell (5) inserted inside the body.
