Raised platform forming play area in creches and nurseries

The raised platform has a floor supported by a frame which is supported by uprights and provided with guardrails at the sides. The uprights (1) are made of plates (2, 3) assembled in pairs. The face of one plate (2) is placed against a groove in the other plate in the pair. Adjacent uprights are joined by plates (4) forming fixed cross pieces. Beams are attached to the cross pieces below the lower edge and the floor (6) is placed on the beams. The plates extend above the floor forming one section of the guardrails. Rails (8) extend between the plates forming the uprights. The cylindrical rails have upper (9) and lower (10) bars joined in pairs and cylindrical bars running between them (12). The platform has access stairs.
