PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweetener for diabetic patients and diabetic patient reserves, capable of largely contributing to the prevention of obesity and the maintenance of health by the physiological functions and continuance of feeling of fullnes due to the stabilization of a blood glucose level. SOLUTION: Fructose having physiological characteristics is used for cooking foods to serve on the obesity prevention and health maintenance of diabetic patients and diabetic patient preserves.
