The gas is made to flow through plural air permeating holes of a container 25 to the inside of the container 25. An activated carbon is supplied from an activated carbon supply part 11 to the inside of the container 25. The supplied activated carbon is blown up by the gas and efficiently in contact with the waste gas to adsorb and remove the dioxins in the gas. Then the waste gas from which the dioxins is removed, and the activated carbon adsorbed the dioxins are introduced into a cyclone device 17 where the waste gas is centrifugally separated from the activated carbon.
