PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for lowering the concentration of dioxins to the lowest in exhaust gas by solving problems in the conventional treating method using activated carbon. PSOLUTION: A filter for removing dioxins carrying an adsorbent containing nano-scale carbon tubes and a catalyst for decomposing dioxins, and a device therefor are provided.
