PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging device and a washing and massaging method which enable washing and massaging of ankles by accomplishing automatically rubbing between soles ad toes and on the perimeter of heels simultaneously. ;SOLUTION: An automatically rotatable disc A with a protrusion part and a flat part is arranged at the front upper surface part of a washing/massaging box D to accomplish a rubbing between toes and on the circumferential surface thereof. A cylinder B automatically rotatable with a washing/massaging drive mechanism is arranged to give a friction to soles placed on the foremost top surface part of the washing/massaging box. A massaging plate C is arranged at the center of the top surface of the washing/massaging box between the disc and the cylinder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
