SOLUTION: A clip part 7, consisting of an elastic crimping chip 7a which, is rotatably supported at the upper part and a spring for energizing the lower part of the elastic crimping chip 7a to be brought into flexible contact with the rear surface of the portable telephone set 1 is provided at the rear surface of the portable telephone set 1, the falling of the portable telephone set 1 from the pocket 8 is prevented and engagement/disengagement of the clip 7, when the portable telephone set 1 is put in/out are promptly performed by simple operation with almost a single-touch action by tightly crimping and fixing an upper edge part 8a of an opening of the pocket 8 with elasticity by the elastic crimping chip 7a of the clip part 7 in the state where the cellular phone 1 is held in the pocket 8.
