PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end mill, excellent in cutting efficiency, and suitable in finishing application, used to three-dimensional curved surface working to a steep gradient slant face in a die, etc. ;SOLUTION: A solid end mill has a circular arc blade 4 having a circular arc radius of 0.6-3 times and a circular length of 0.5 or more time the end mill diameter respectively. A second circular arc blade 6, having the center on a rotation axis and reaching a nose, is provided with a length of 1/8 the circular arc or more on the tip of the circular arc blade 4.
