PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an immunity-measuring reagent by which the reactivity of an antigen or an antibody is prevented from decreasing, and nonspecific autoagglutination is also prevented, and further to provide the immunity-measuring reagent, a method for measuring the immunity, and a method for preserving the immunity-measuring reagent. ;SOLUTION: This production method of an immunity-measuring reagent including an insoluble carrier carrying an antigen or an antibody comprises immobilizing the antigen or the antibody on the insoluble carrier in the presence of peptidylprolyl cis-trans isomerase prepared from bacteria belonging to the genus Methanococcus, or the peptidylprolyl cis-trans isomerase expressed by the DNA prepared from the bacteria belonging to the genus Methanococcus.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
