PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte coated metallic sheet, which does not generate film defect caused by beads at the time of fabrication by forming a primary coat film on the surface of a metalic sheet, on which a film treated by chemical conversion is formed, and forming a face coating film containing inorganic aggregate, organic polymer beads, and fluororesin powder thereon. ;SOLUTION: A ceramic inorganic aggregate content of a face coating film is 1-40 wt.%. Organic polymer beads is polyacrylonitorile beads and its content is 1-30 wt.%, and a fluororesin powder content is 0.5-10 wt.%. And, 0.04≤R/T≤1.0, where R is a particle diameter of the inorganic aggregate, and T is a film thickness of the face coating film 1.0≤r/T≤3.0, where r is a particle diameter of the polyacrylonitorile bead, and T is the film thickness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
