PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like for discerning the form of a hair follicular sebaceous gland tissue of non-invasion. ;SOLUTION: Ultrasonic waves at frequencies more than one or two types at least selected from the range of from 20 MHz to 80 MHz and the range of from 10 MHz to 20 MHz or the like are emitted from the surface of the skin to the internal direction of the skin, reflected waves are received and imaged, the hair follicular sebaceous gland tissue inside the skin is observed from the provided image of non-invasion, and the form of the hair follicular sebaceous gland tissue is discerned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
