PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate organic particles from a liquid content by injecting a material to be treated by a chemical reaction into the interior of a separator from a diffuser and depositing an inorganic content contained in the material under a vacuum pressure to be caused by an increase in the transverse cross section, and further separating the material into the inorganic content and the liquid content. ;SOLUTION: A first-stage diffuser 44A has an ejection orifice set downward on the tip and also has a second-stage diffuser 44B with a bottom plate for ejecting a material to be treated by a chemical reaction upward, arranged around and at the tip of the first-stage diffuser 44A. In addition, a third-stage diffuser 44C which inverts the flow of the material at the ceiling part of a pressure-resistant container 41 and injects the material downward, is arranged around and at the tip of the second- stage diffuser 44B. Each of the diffuers 44A, 44B, 44C is arranged concentrically and, at the same time, is arranged so that the material is injected vertically in an alternately changed direction. Further, the transverse cross section of the injection orifice of each of the diffusers 44A, 44B, 44C is set so that the transverse cross section becomes gradually larger.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
