PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for left and right rolling pillow and a left and right rolling pillow which enable an easy change of the direction of the body by a little force and can be used without burdening the neck. ;SOLUTION: This mold is a mold 1 for left and right rolling pillow which is constituted of a curved frame body having rigidity which does not deform by weight of the head. The length of both side ends of the curved frame body is made the length of the shoulder width of a person. The mold 1 is arranged on the lower surface of the pillow 2 which is filled with filling materials 4 such as kapok, plastic beads and buckwheat chaff within the side of the pillow 2. Because the left and right tip sides of the pillow 2 are conformed to the left and right tip sides of the mold 1 and the inner peripheral surface constituted of a curved recessed surface 5 of the mold 1 is turned upward, the pillow 2 is rolled due to the moving of the center of gravity of the head.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
