PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing presser metal fitting by which accurate and smooth sewing can be achieved even if the step of a cloth-sewing stepped part is changed in height, or even at the place of a complicated stepped form, while preventing the movable range of a cloth presser member from being bound and limited by the position of a guide member. SOLUTION: This presser metal fitting is so formed that projecting base parts 2c, 3b projected upward behind a cloth presser member 2 and a guide member 3 are pivotally supported via a pin 5 and arranged in parallel between frames 1b, 1b hanging from both sides of the lower part of a mounting member 1 mounted on a sewing machine main body. In this case, the end of the cloth presser member 2 is normally rotated and energized upward by a spring 4a interposed between the mounting member 1 and the projecting base part 2c of the cloth presser member 2, and the guide member 3 is normally pushed and energized downward by springs 4b, 4b interposed between the mounting member 1 and the projecting base part 3b of the guide member 3, the cloth presser member 2 and the guide member 3 being independently freely operable.
