REGENERATION TREATMENT OF LOST WAX COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover and regenerate wax-components and filler-components in the state of removing intruded impurities particularly from lost wax casting molds by dissolving and dispersing the residue after the sepn. and extraction of the wax-components from waste wax compds., etc., contg. fillers into org. solvents, then separating the dissolved phase of the wax-components and removing the solvents. ;SOLUTION: The treating raw material A contg. the residue after the sepn. or extraction of the wax-components is accepted together with the recovering solvent B and replenishing solvent C into a mixing unit 1 where the wax- components are dissolved and the filler-components and solid impurities are dispersed into the solvents by mixing and stirring. The dissolved dispersion is accepted into a stationary unit 2 and is held still. The compsns. of the respective phases, such as the dissolved phase of the wax-components, separated in the stationary unit 2 are separately accepted into a solvent recovering unit 4 where the solvents are evaporated and the recovered wax P, the recovered wax-filler-mixture or the fillers Q and waste R are obtd.
