Next, the capital 1 is inserted into a column from the column inserting port 4, and is supported by an installing angle of the column, and the capital 1 is firmly press-fitted to the column by tensioning the tension materials 3 again. A beam end part is placed on the beam receiving jaws 5... of the capital 1, and a beam is installed between respective columns. In this way, the capital 1 having a prescribed strength can be easily formed.
