PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract a desired scene in the data collection/analyzing system of a video using a video tape. SOLUTION: A video signal and a voice signal photographed by a video camera 5A are recorded in a video tape 3 in a video camera data collection system 1A. When a scene is judged as a significant scene in photographing, a switch 7a or 7b is depressed, and a marking is executed so that the still picture, tiem code, and switch number are recorded in a memory card 4. In reproducing a video, the memory card 4 together with the video tape 3 is set in a VTR system for analysis. At this point, auxiliary data for analysis recorded in the memory card 4 are read, and the list of desired scenes is displayed on a monitor display with the still picture. Then, videos before and after this are automatically reproduced.
