PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave generator capable of preventing the deviation of the focus position of ultrasonic waves and maintaining energy density at the focus position at a set value, an ultrasonic wave treatment device using the ultrasonic wave generator and the manufacture of the ultrasonic wave generator. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator for this ultrasonic wave treatment device is constituted of ceramic 1 to which a high voltage for generating the ultrasonic waves is applied, electrodes 2a and 2b constituted of silver and nickel or the like formed on both surfaces of the ceramic 1 by vapor deposition or the like, conductive tapes 3a and 3b used as conductive layers formed at a part of the surface of the electrodes 2a and 2b and driving signal cables 5a and 5b soldered to the conductive tapes 3a and 3b by solders 4a and 4b. The electrodes 2a and 2b and the driving signal cables 5a and 5b are electrically connected through the conductive layers.
