摘要

To provide an ultrasonic wave generator which can increase a sound pressure of ultrasonic waves to be released by itself, an ultrasonic wave generator array and an ultrasonic wave tactile feeling presentation device.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave generator (3) comprises: an ultrasonic wave element (30); and a horn (4). The ultrasonic wave element generates an ultrasonic wave having a predetermined frequency. The horn is disposed so as to surround a sound-release face (30s) from which the ultrasonic wave element releases ultrasonic waves. The horn has an opening end (41) forming an opening face (40s) opposed to the sound-release face of the ultrasonic wave element. A distance h between the sound-release face of the ultrasonic wave element and the opening face of the horn, an opening diameter d of the opening end, and a wavelength λ corresponding to a frequency of the ultrasonic waves satisfy a requirement represented by the following formula (1): h=(9d-4nλ)/8nλ (n is a natural number).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
