PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchangeable type dust collection unit capable of simply exchanging an ionizing part and a dust collection part simultaneously, while having high dust collection performance and being easy to maintain the performance without any problem on the scrapping. ;SOLUTION: An outer case 22 of a dust collection unit 21 is made of an electrically conductive inflammable material, counter electrodes 18 are integrally formed on one side in multi-stages, also a filter holding part 23 is integrally formed on the other side and an electrostatic filter 13a and a deodoring filter 14a are held on the filter holding part 23. The outer case 22 is placed between a wind sending fan 15 in an air cleaner main body 10 and an ionizing wire 17 to be slid in parallel to the ionizing wire 17 and to be made freely attachably and detachably.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
