PURPOSE:To surely electrically connect a contact terminal and a terminal notwithstanding that a filter has softness and to surely collect the charged dust particles by pressing the contact terminal of an air cleaner against the terminal of a filter. CONSTITUTION:When the filter 1 is inserted into a filter frame 2, the front and rear of the filter 1 are detained by the bar 21 and presser protrusion 29, and the filter is fixed to the frame 2. The frame 2 contg. the filter 1 is slid and inserted into the filter housing 66 of the air cleaner main body. Consequent ly, the side wall of the housing 66 presses a contact spring 25 projecting from the frame 2, the contact terminal 27 is pressed into the terminal 16 of the filter 1, and the filter 1 is electrically connected to a conductor sheet. Besides, the terminal 16 of the filter 1 can be pressed against the contact terminal 27 of the main body.
