The present invention is a genomic DNA region of APV having at least two foreign genes in a genomic DNA region that is dispensable for the multiplication of an aviposex virus (hereinafter referred to as APV), a genomic DNA region incorporated in the genomic DNA region, and has a growth comparable to the parent strain A vaccine comprising recombinant APV and recombinant APV is provided.
