PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing efficiency of acceptance of international mails by enabling anyone to easily and surely check the suspended acceptance of international mails. ;SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a storage device which stores a postal condition data table collecting postal condition data including the names of countries stipulated to suspend the acceptance of international mails and the kinds of the international post stipulated to suspend the acceptance in these countries, an input device which is inputted with the kinds of the international mails received from customers and a display for operators to display information or the suspended acceptance. The names of the countries stipulated to suspend the acceptance of international mails relating of the kinds of the international mails inputted by the input device are retrieved from the postal condition data of the storage device and the names of the countries stipulated to suspended the acceptance obtd. as a result of the retrieval are displayed and enumerated by the display for operators.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
