摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the welding applicability of a resin sandwich-type vibration damping steel plate by locally filling a space between a front and a back steel plate with a specific thickness with a resin of specific thickness and arranging an insulator of specific size which shows a specified fusing temperature and also heat resistance between the front and the back steel plate outside at least, the resin on one of the sides of each of the steel plates. ;SOLUTION: A 0.05-5 mm thick resin is locally packed in a space between a front and a back steel plate 3a, 3b with a thickness of 1.6 mm or more and further, an insulator 1 with a width of 10 mm or more which is made of a heat-resistant material having a melt or decomposition temperature of 330°C or more is packed in a space between the front and the back steel plate 3a, 3b outside the resin 2 on at least, one side or more of the four sides of each of the steel plates 3a, 3b. In addition, a void 6a of 10 mm or more is present outside each of the insulators 1 and the total widths of the voids 6a with the insulator 1 on one of the sides of each of the steel plates 3a, 3b are equivalent to 10% or less of the total length of the corresponding side of the four circumferential sides of each of the steel plates 3a, 3b. The heat-resistant material whose desired 10-point average roughness Rz of the front and the back steel plate 3a, 3b coming into contact with the resin 2 is 20 μm, is for example, a glass fiber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
