PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform non-interference control at a high speed without increasing a load of a computer and equipment cost. ;SOLUTION: This control devis is provided with a conveying instruction assignment part 2 assigning a conveying instruction relating to an automatic crane of empty car and a non-interference control part 3 generating either of a conveying instruction or retreat instruction relating to the empty car crane based on a previously formed interference table 5. An assigning process of the conveying instruction and non-interference control are separately performed, non-interference control by simulation is not performed as in the past, and non-interference control is performed by a simple logic using the interference table 5, so that the load of a CPU and consumption of computer resources of memory or the like are suppressed low and so that non-interference control can be calculated at a high speed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
