PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply detach abrasive grains from a core to easily recycle the core by providing strippable binder composition for a polishing tool having a core of which the main component is iron containing a specific rate of bronze alloy having specific rates of tin and copper, and a specific rate of titanium. SOLUTION: This strippable binder composition for a polishing tool is provided with a core of which the main component is iron containing 85-95 wt.% of bronze alloy in which tin is about 5.6-41.2 wt.% and copper is about 58.8-94.6 wt.%, and 5-16 wt.% of titanium. The respective bronze alloy and titanium component are formed into powder of grain size smaller than 44 μm, and the titanium component is made into titanium hydride. Further the binder composition is essentially constituted of temporary liquid binder of an effective quantity for forming paste.
