PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reinforce a ground surface layer part and to reinforce ground using a simple facility. ;SOLUTION: A reinforcement area is determined in accordance with the geological conditions of ground 1 and the soil bearing capacity required, and a hole or holes 2 are bored in one or plural portions of the ground surface layer part of the reinforcement area determined. An improving body comprising an anchoring material 3 and a composite core material 4 is constructed within the hole 2, and after the anchoring material 3 has been cured, the ground surface layer part of the reinforcement area and the improving body are integrally moved during loading, or the composite core material 4 is directly place in the reinforcement area and then the anchoring material 3 is injected into a cavity in the ground 1 through the composite core material 4 to integrate the improving body with the natural ground. Therefore, the composite core material 4 can be made small in diameter and of a lightweight material for ease of handling during transportation or storage. Since the composite core material 4 is simply inserted into the hole 2, noises and vibration can be reduced. Construction work can be performed in a simple facility or equipment, and construction work in a small site or where public transport is poor can be achieved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
