PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously generate a normal prerotation flow in the prerotation part by arranging the stream lining part extending in the flowing direction of an inflow passage to an inlet of the inflow passage set large in a flowing direction changing angle from a conduit, having the upstream end part side surface facing to a specific area and dividing the inlet of the inflow passage into two parts in the width direction. ;SOLUTION: The rectifying part 14 extending in the flowing direction of an inflow passage 4 to an inlet 4A of the inflow passage 4, having the upstream end part side surface 14A facing an area of about half of the flowing directional downstream side of the inflow passage 4 in the with direction of a conduit 12A and dividing the inlet 4A of the inflow passage 4 into two parts in the width direction, is projected in a structure that a flowing direction changing angle θ1 is set large at about 90 degrees like the conduit 12A and the inflow passage 4. Therefore, a height difference in the merging part of the water surface of a waste water flow flowing down from the inflow passage 4 and the water surface of a prerotation flow can be restrained comparatively low, so that a continuous state can be generated in the height direction in the merging part.
