PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of grilling various kinds of food materials such as a shaped fish paste product (Chikuwa), corn, peanuts, rice cake, a Japanese chestnut and the like and a grill cage for putting in the food materials. ;SOLUTION: A food material is put in an opening and closing type grill cage 11 capable of easily putting in and out the material. To provide heating power according to the food material, a heat source box 2 is provided in such a manner as to be slid up and down. A U-shaped guide 7 is formed on a side plate 9 to rotatably place the grill cage 11 thereon. To rotate the grill cage 11 where the food material is put, a belt 6 is provided on the lower side in contact with a rotating shaft 12 serving as a grip for the gril cage 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
