PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, properly, and accurately measure a normal induced voltage, which is generated in a parallel section, of a buried pipeline. ;SOLUTION: In a method for measuring a normal induced voltage in a parallel section, in which a buried pipeline 1 is arranged in parallel with a power transmission line 4, an earth body 2 provided with a predetermined grounding resistance is grounded via a single point in a buried pipeline 1a in the parallel section, while a plurality of terminals 3, which are installed in the pipe body of the buried pipeline 1a in the parallel section so as to be protruded from the ground surface 9, and grounded metallic bodies are connected to alternating voltage measuring devices 6 via lead wires. Then, by means of the alternating voltage measuring devices 6, the normal induced voltage, which is generated in the parallel section, of the buried pipeline 1a is measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
