PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily/highly accurately position a near magnetic field probe with a simple mechanism by constituting the loop coil part of a conductive thin film or metallic foil, and detecting a reference magnetic field signal transmitted from the reference magnetic field signal transmitting part by the loop coil part. ;SOLUTION: After a microstrip line is fixed to the edge of a PCB (printed circuit board) fixing stand as a reference magnetic field generating source of a high frequency, intensity of a reference electromagnetic wave from the reference magnetic field generating source is premeasured in a large number of prescribed measuring positions by the probe part so that this is stored in a memory as a reference value. Next, after a PCB of a measuring object is fixed to a prescribed position on the PCB fixing stand, electromagnetic noise is generated by carrying an electric current to the PCB while transmitting a reference electromagnetic wave from the reference magnetic field generating source. The electromagnetic noise is measured by positioning the probe part in a position where the stored reference value conicides with a measured value of the reference electromagnetic wave in this state.
