PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a comment sentence to the list of a robot program so as to output it. ;SOLUTION: The numbers of the input/output part of a robot controller, comment sentences corresponding to an external input/output unit connected to the input/output ports of the respective numbers, data which is previously set, a variable showing an operation position or an operation content, comment sentences corresponding to the contents of the respective variables, a sub-routine and a comment sentence corresponding to the sub-routine are stored. An expression in the robot program is analyzed. The comment sentence against the expression which contains the numbers of the input/output ports, the comment sentence corresponding to the expression containing the variable and the comment sentence corresponding to the expression shown in the sub-routine are extracted and the list of the robot program is generated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
