REAPING, GATHERING AND CARRYING GUIDE ROD OF COMBINE HARVESTER OR THE LIKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally bend a lug guide for engaging and guiding left ear tip-carrying lugs so as to be also used as a part of a lug guide for right ear tip-carrying lugs, in a reaping device for reaping, gathering and carrying multirow planted grain straws. ;SOLUTION: This combine harvester or the like has a multirow-reaping device 10 which is used for gathering and rearward carrying grain straws with the foot-carrying chain 4 of a section 5 for gathering and carrying the foot portions of the grain straws from the left, central and right sides and with ear tip-carrying lugs 6 of a section 7 for gathering and carrying the ear tip portions of the grain straws from the left, central and right sides, and in which the sections 5 and 7 for gathering and carrying the foot portions and the ear tip portions of the grain straws, respectively, are disposed in Y-shaped forms, respectively. The grain straws are obtained by dividing multirow planted grain straws into the left, central and right side portions, and subsequently treating the divided grain straws in raising sections, raking sections and cutting blades sections, respectively. Therein, a lug guide 11 having a starting end (a) on the lower side of the left raising section 1 and used for engaging and carrying the ear tip portions of the grain straws is disposed, and the guide end portion (b) of the Jug guide 11 is bent to be also used as a part of the lug guide 11a for right ear tip- carrying lugs 6a. A final end portion (d) formed by bending the guide end portion (c) of the lug guide 6a is fixed to the support member 12 of the central ear tip-gathering and carrying section 7b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
