PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print out a contents page consisting of exclusively actually printed items as attached data. SOLUTION: A CPU 6 automatically extracts an item of contents from the printed data of plural pages prepared in a hard disk drive(HDD) 9 or a page or a file specified as an object to be printed out from optional files selected from plural files while analyzing printed data, prepares a contents page by adding a page number to be practically printed corresponding to the extracted printed data or file to the contents page and transfers the contents page to a printer 11.
