METHOD FOR PEELING OPTICAL DISK DUPLICATING STAMPER AND PEELING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of the recording information of an optical disk duplicating stamper in the peeling operation of this stamper. ;SOLUTION: In the peeling method or peeling device for peeling the duplicating stamper 16 from a master tamper 15 by using the peeling device having a lower clamping member 41 and an upper clamping member 42; an electroforming jig G which is taken out of an electroforming cell and is washed with water is forcibly dried and thereafter, this electroforming jig is mounted as it is at the peeling device and the master stamper is attracted to a mounting plate 11 of the electroforming jig. The upper clamping member of the peeling device is then connected to the fixing ring of the electroforming jig and the duplicating stamper is attracted to the upper clamping member. The stamper is simultaneously peeled at the time of disassemblimg the electroforming jig.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
