PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic composite tape for suppressing noise emission, easy to attach to a cable and high in a noise-emission suppressing effect, and a noise-emission suppressing component using this composite tape. ;SOLUTION: A magnetic composite tape 1 for suppressing noise emission is a long-shaped one consisting of a magnetic strip body 2 and metallic foil 3 provided on a surface of this magnetic strip body 2. The magnetic strip body 2 comprises rubber or a flexible resin and ferrite magnetic particles. One widthwise side part 3b of the metallic foil 3 projects from one lateral side 2b of the magnetic strip body 2. An adhesive agent is applied to a back surface of the magnetic strip body 2. This composite tape 1 is attached to a round cable 11 by winding it around the round cable 11 used for an interface or a power supply on the nearer side to an apparatus incorporating an oscillating circuit by means of an adhesive applied to the back surface of the magnetic strip body 2.
