PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waterproof and air permeable shock-absorbing sheet, flexible and easy in handling, provided with waterproofing property and a surface prominent in water repellent property, excellent in adhesive property to a waterproofing coating film, formed thereon, and improved in the final finishing condition, by a method wherein a nonwoven fabric is laminated on and integrated with a urethane rubber sheet through lamination bonding. ;SOLUTION: A waterproof and air permeable shock-absorbing sheet is constituted of a nonwoven fabric 10 and a urethane rubber sheet 11, laminated on and integrated with the nonwoven fabric 10. Needling nonwoven fabric, consisting of polyolefin base filament especially, is optimum as the nonwoven fabric 10. In this case, it is preferable to employ the nonwoven fabric 10 of double structure, having a base fabric 10 constituted of comparatively minute filament structure and a felt type cotton part 10b of comparatively rough structure. The nonwoven fabric 10 is reeled out so as to have a strip shape and is ran horizontally, then, a sheet type rubber material composite of a predetermined thickness for forming urethane rubber sheet 11, is extruded thereon to produce a condition that the sheet type rubber material composite is laminated on the nonwoven fabric 10 and, thereafter, the rubber material composite is bonded to and integrated with the nonwoven fabric 10 utilizing the curing of the rubber material composite through heating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
