PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for constructing an undersea forest dealing with an unevenness improved for capable of installing pole bodies in the perpendicular state easily without conducting a ground leveling work in installing by sinking a structure for constructing an undersea forest on the bottom of the sea having unevennesses. SOLUTION: In this structure, a gabion 3 is arranged in a state of being filled with stone materials for filling 4 in between at least the part of the bottom part of a concrete foundation 1 and the sea bottom, and installing pole bodies 2 perpendicularly through a deformation of the gabion. By forming the concrete foundation 1 of a polygonal shape having flat surfaces and also connecting supporting bases for supporting the stable installation of the concrete foundation 1 at each of the side surfaces of the concrete foundation 1 as rotatable, the bases support so as to stably install the concrete foundation 1 in a state of capable of installing the pole bodies 2 in a perpendicular state.
