PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To light a brake light in a stoppage or in a creep speed traveling which is close to the stoppage state by starting a relay based on speed information obtained by an ABS sensor and a speed sensor. ;SOLUTION: A control unit 6 is connected with an ABS sensor 1 installed in a wheel 10, a speed sensor 2, a satellite receiver 3, a shift position switch 4 and a parking brake switch 5. An output side is connected with a brake light 8 via a relay 7. When speed reduction to fixed speed and below is performed due to a traffic snarl during a traveling, speed information obtained by the ABS sensor 1 and the speed sensor 2 is processed in the control unit 6, the relay 7 is started and the brake light 8 is lighted. When a parking brake is worked or a shift is at a parking location also in a stoppage by a signal and a stoppage on a road, the situation is processed in the control unit 6, the relay 7 is started and the brake light 8 is lighted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
