PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the efficient utilization of patent information by using a program that is mounted independently of a basic program. ;SOLUTION: A client 2 links with a server 1, retrieves patent official gazette data, receives batch transfer data of the patent gazette data and accumulates them. A basic program to display or to print these patent official gazette data and a processing supporting program that is mounted independently of the basic program are provided to further perform statistically analytical processing. In such cases, the patent official gazette data are arranged in such a form in which a user easily uses them in display and printing. The processing supporting program operates a computer as if a new function were added to the client 2. That realizes display and printing in an optimum form that matches to user's needs and further the accumulation of a data file and also makes plural patent official gazette data an object and analyzes their trend that is useful to industries.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
