PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power-supply device for pulse laser excitation, wherein there is no delay of rising for a laser output signal, the constant output is reached quickly the response of the pulse output is rapid and the efficiency is high. ;SOLUTION: Following devices are provided. A first power-supply device 1 outputs the first exciting strength and is operated from the rising of the reference pulse signal outputted from a reference transmitter 104 to the rising of the first time delay signal, having the time delay for the reference pulse signal. A second power-supply device 3 outputs a second exciting signal and is operated from the rising of the first time delay signal to the rising of the 2-hour delay signal having the time delay for the first time delay signal. A third power-supply device 5 outputs the third exciting strength and is operated from the rising of the second 2-hour delay signal to the rising of the first time delay signal. The synthesized output of the first power-supply device 1, the second power-supply device 3 and the third power-supply device 5 is supplied to a laser diode 106, which is the excitation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
