PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To partially correct the grid point data of a three-dimensional (3D) look-up table(LUT) for color conversion so as to convert the specified target color such as flesh color, blue sky color or grass color (green) to the desired color. SOLUTION: When correcting the 3D LUT for color conversion, a distance in a color space from the target color to the grid point of the 3D LUT is obtained and corresponding to the found distance, the amount of grid points to be converted required for converting the target color into the desired color is obtained. This image processor has a distance operating means and a converting amount calculating means for executing the operation.
