PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cutting a konjak into fine stripes, capable of automatically forming a paste-like konjak material on the way of coagulation into shapes having wide surface area and readily absorbing the soup. ;SOLUTION: This apparatus for cutting a konjak into fine stripes has an extruding opening 1a of a konjak material (a), an extruding passage 2 for moving the extruded knojak material (a) thereon, a rotary blade 3 facing to the tip opening 2a of the extruding passage 2, a driving structure 1 for rotatably driving the rotary blade 3, a nearly comb-shaped scraping blade 4 formed at the tip of the rotary blade 3, a fixed blade 5 protruded from the tip opening 2a of the extruding passage 2 facing to the rotary blade 3, and passing by the scraping blade 4. The tip part of the konjak material (a) serially extruded from the tip opening 2a of the extruding passage 2 on the fixed blade 5 is scraped by the scraping blade 4 at every times of passing of the scraping blade 4 by the fixed blade 5, and dropped in a hot water vessel 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
